Shay is an articled clerk in the Dispute Resolution team. Shay brings a wide breadth of experience ranging from criminal defence to contentious insolvency. He is on track to completing his LLB at the Truman Bodden Law School (University of Liverpool) in 2023 and will continue on to complete the PPC subsequently.

Background and experience
Prior to joining the firm, Shay worked in the litigation department of another law firm specialising in local law litigation and mortgage enforcement. Prior to this, Shay worked at another offshore firm specialising in contentious insolvency, corporate / commercial disputes, and investment fund disputes. Shay's legal career began in criminal defence litigation where he gained experience as a legal assistant at a busy criminal defence practice.
